Privacy policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data PureProfits collects when you visit pureprofits.win or book a call with us, why we collect it, who we share it with and what your rights are.
Who we are
pureprofits.win is run by [legal company name], registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number [KvK number], [address]. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Questions about privacy: [privacy email address].
What we collect
- Your work email address, when you enter it to request a thank-you page audit.
- Booking details you give Calendly when you schedule a call, such as your name, email and the answers to the booking questions.
- Store details you choose to share after booking, such as your store URL and bestseller, so we can prepare a mock-up for the call.
- Usage data: pages you visit, buttons you click, how you scroll and move on the page (including session recordings and heatmaps), your device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters).
- Advertising identifiers: Meta browser and click identifiers (the _fbp and _fbc cookies) and, once you have entered it, a hashed (encrypted, one-way) version of your email address.
Why we use it
- To schedule and prepare your audit call and to follow up about it. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To understand and improve the website, for example which sections help visitors decide. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and improving our website.
- To measure and improve our advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including counting which ads lead to booked calls. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring our marketing, and your consent where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We use these service providers. Each processes data on our behalf or as described in their own policy:
- PostHog (analytics, session recordings, heatmaps). Data is stored in the EU.
- Meta Platforms (Meta pixel and Conversions API), to measure our ads. Meta may process data in the United States.
- Calendly, to schedule calls. Calendly may process data in the United States.
- Google Fonts, which serves the fonts on this site. Your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address.
- GitHub Pages and Cloudflare, which host and deliver this website and process technical data such as IP addresses to do so.
Where data leaves the European Economic Area, the provider relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site uses first-party cookies and local storage from PostHog (to recognise returning visitors and sessions) and Meta (the _fbp and _fbc cookies, for ad measurement). We use your browser’s session storage to carry your email address from the form to the booking page; it is deleted when you close the tab. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site keeps working without them.
How long we keep it
- Booking and contact details: for as long as we are in contact, and up to [24] months after our last contact if we do not work together.
- Analytics events: up to [7 years, PostHog’s default] or until you ask us to delete them. Session recordings: 30 days.
- Client data: as long as needed for the contract and our legal obligations, such as 7 years for invoices under Dutch tax law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email [privacy email address] and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, in the UK the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), in Ireland the Data Protection Commission.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
